Return & refund policy

We want you and your little one to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return

How to request a return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the next steps, including pickup or drop-off arrangements where available.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order type, within a few business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away with photos so we can resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.
